Weber Marking Systems' 5300 Pallet Load Label Printer-Applicator

Weber pallet load label printer-applicators combine high print quality with simultaneous label application for the identification of unitized products prior to shipping or storage.

Specially engineered for the labeling of pallet loads, each system integrates a thermal/thermal-transfer label printer and a patented tamp-blow applicator. The print-apply unit is mounted to a heavy-duty stand which is adjustable to accommodate loads of various heights.

The Webber 5300 Pallet Load Label Printer/Applicator

As a pressure-sensitive label is printed, it's automatically peeled from its liner and retained by vacuum on the applicator pad. When a pallet load is delivered to the system, a product sensor initiates the extension of the tamp arm and the label is blown onto the load from approximately 0.25".

These systems are available with high-quality print engines manufactured by Datamax, Sato and Zebra. Label sizes range from a minimum of 0.75" wide and 0.5" long to a maximum of 7.0" wide and 8.0" long. The printers are capable of producing labels with variable-sized text, high-density bar codes and graphic images at print speeds up to 16 ips.

In addition, Weber's exclusive Print-Apply software makes it easy to design and store an array of label formats. Applications include bar coding, product identification, shipment addressing and many others.

Weber also manufactures a wide variety of standard and custom-designed pressure-sensitive labels, including label materials that can be recycled with many types of stretch film.

Ruggedly constructed of corrosion-resistant stainless steel and anodized aluminum, the systems are suitable for operation even in harsh environments.
