Maintenance Support and Repairs
The Peacocks Total Care Service Centres are staffed by qualified and fully-trained product technicians and software engineers.
Our team can provide premium technical support, manufacturer warranty services, preventative maintenance repairs and emergency repairs. We are authorised service providers for Zebra, Honeywell, Datalogic, Toshiba, Ergotron, TSC and Image Technology. Our service centres are open Monday to Friday from 8.45am – 4.45pm. For all technical and service related enquiries, please call one of our service centres.

Return Material Authorisation (RMA) Procedure
If you have been advised by one of our skilled team members to return materials or equipment to be repaired or replaced under warranty, then please Download the Return Material Authorisation Form or call our service department on 1300 556 433 for more details.
Please include a copy of the RMA form along with the returned unit and clearly mark a return name and address. Please note, we are unable to receive faulty units without this form and your unit may need to be returned to sender.
Customers may visit our service centres and deliver faulty units or can ship faulty equipment to our service centres at their cost. To reduce potential damage of products you are sending;
- Please pack your return items with support materials.
- Please ensure that all accessories that do not require additional tools are removed from the product(s) prior to shipment. This includes but is not limited to: batteries, antennae, protective cases/pockets, stylus pens, SIM cards or other memory cards, manuals, and original packaging.
- Peacocks Bros. Pty Ltd is unable to take responsibility for additional items sent with products nor their safe return to the Customer.
